We want you to love your scalp care journey, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be in their original packaging.

Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your Divi products and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
